Reservation
To secure a reservation, a deposit of 25% of the total cost must be made at the time of booking. This ensures early preparations and necessary arrangements.

Pricing
The quoted rates cover accommodation, transportation, and game drives as per the selected itinerary. Additionally, meals during the safari and entrance fees to national parks are included in the cost.

Cancellation Policy
Refunds for cancellations are subject to deductions covering hotel cancellation charges, food costs, and other relevant expenses. If cancellation occurs between 21 and 8 days before the tour starts, a 50% cancellation fee applies. Cancellations made within 7 days of departure will incur a full 100% charge.

Transport
Depending on the itinerary and number of participants, transportation will be arranged using cars, minibusses, land rovers, coaches, or trucks. The company retains the right to use subcontracted services when necessary. All tours include English-speaking driver-guides.

Accommodation
Lodging is based on double occupancy in either rooms or tents, with private bathrooms provided whenever possible. Single rooms are available at an extra cost but cannot be guaranteed. The listed hotels and lodges indicate the expected standard, but reservations may be made at similar alternatives if needed.

Tour Modifications
The company reserves the right to adjust itineraries or cancel scheduled tours if required by circumstances. Additionally, the company may refuse to accept or continue serving any participant, in which case a fair refund will be provided. Prices are subject to change based on prevailing tariffs and costs at the time of booking.

Liability Disclaimer
The company acts solely as an agent in arranging accommodation, transport, and tours and is not responsible for any loss, injury, delays, or damages incurred. Liability for passengers traveling in company vehicles is governed by the laws of the country where the tour takes place. Any legal claims will be handled in the jurisdiction where the incident occurs. Subcontractors may be engaged to provide certain services.

Important Notice
All expeditions involve inherent risks, and participants acknowledge and accept these hazards. The company is not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, delay, or inconvenience beyond its control. Travelers are strongly encouraged to obtain personal accident and medical insurance. Affordable insurance options can be arranged upon request.

Climbing Equipment
Climbing gear is not included in the tour price but can be rented at designated locations. Equipment for Mt. Kenya is available at Nanyuki, Naro Moru, or Chogoria, while gear for Mt. Kilimanjaro can be hired at Marangu Park Gate.
