Day 1: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Pick-up from Arusha (or Kilimanjaro Airport) followed by a safari briefing. Transfer to Tarangire National Park for a full afternoon game drive. Tarangire is famous for its large elephant herds, baobab trees, and diverse wildlife along the Tarangire River.
Accommodation (Mid-range options): Twiga Lodge or Africa Safari Camp.
Day 2: Tarangire – Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park. Enjoy a game drive in this scenic park known for tree-climbing lions, flamingos, hippos, and lush groundwater forest. Afternoon at leisure at the lodge.
Day 3: Lake Manyara – Serengeti National Park
Drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands toward Serengeti National Park. Game drive en route to the Seronera area, well known for its high concentration of predators and year-round wildlife.
Mid-range accommodation: Shuhudia Adventure Camp (Seronera area).
Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti
Full-day game drive exploring the vast Serengeti plains. Opportunity to witness the Great Migration (seasonal), as well as lions, cheetahs, leopards, elephants, and large herbivore herds. Picnic lunch in the bush. Overnight at Shuhudia Adventure Camp.
Day 5: Serengeti – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
Morning game drive while exiting Serengeti, then transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area with a stop at the crater viewpoint.
Mid-range accommodation: Hando Lodge.
Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater – Arusha
Early descent into the Ngorongoro Crater for a half-day game drive. Excellent opportunity to see the Big Five, including the black rhino. After picnic lunch, drive back to Arusha for drop-off.
Please note that mid-range accommodations in Tanzania are highly in demand and often fully booked months in advance, so early confirmation is strongly recommended.
If a Spanish-speaking guide is required, this can be arranged at an additional cost of USD 85 per day.
