SAMBURU NATIONAL RESERVE

After an early breakfast at the lodge, set out for a full-day exploration of the reserve during your Safari Samburu experience. Samburu is famed for its rare "Samburu Special Five" — the Grevy’s zebra, Reticulated giraffe, Beisa oryx, Gerenuk, and Somali ostrich. These unique species make a Safari Samburu adventure unlike any other in Kenya.

Spend the morning and afternoon on thrilling game drives, traversing diverse landscapes from riverine forests to open savannahs. A picnic lunch will be served at a scenic spot near the Ewaso Nyiro River, where you might spot crocodiles lazing on the riverbanks.

In the late afternoon, you have an option to visit a Samburu cultural village to experience the traditional lifestyle, customs, and dances of the Samburu people. Alternatively, you can enjoy an optional camel ride safari across the arid landscapes, adding a unique memory to your Safari Samburu experience. Return to the lodge in the evening for dinner and overnight.
