Day 1: Nairobi – Aberdare National Park
Your driver-guide will pick you up from Nairobi in the morning for a scenic drive to the Aberdare Ranges. Arrive at Aberdare Country Club for lunch before transferring to The Ark Lodge, a tree-lodge overlooking floodlit waterholes. Spend the evening watching wildlife right from the decks elephants, buffalo, hyenas, and bushbuck frequently appear.

Day 2: Full Day in Aberdare National Park
Spend the entire day exploring the moorlands, bamboo forests, and waterfalls of Aberdare National Park. Enjoy game drives in search of elephants, giant forest hogs, buffalo, and the rare bongo antelope. Return to The Ark for another magical night of wilderness viewing from the comfort of the lodge.

Day 3: Aberdare – Samburu National Reserve
After breakfast, check out and begin your journey north toward Samburu. Arrive at Samburu Simba Lodge in time for lunch. Later, head out for an afternoon game drive. This region is home to unique northern species such as the Grevy’s zebra, Beisa oryx, Somali ostrich, gerenuk, and reticulated giraffe.

Day 4: Full Day in Samburu National Reserve

Day 5: Samburu – Ol Pejeta Conservancy

Arrive for lunch at Sweetwaters Serena Camp. In the afternoon, enjoy game viewing and visit the rhino or chimpanzee sanctuary depending on time and interest.

Day 6: Ol Pejeta – Lake Naivasha
Depart after breakfast and descend into the Great Rift Valley as you head to Lake Naivasha. Arrive at Lake Naivasha Simba Lodge for lunch. Later, enjoy an optional boat ride to view hippos and birdlife or visit Crescent Island for a guided walking safari among giraffes, zebras, and antelopes.

Day 7: Lake Naivasha – Masai Mara National Reserve

Day 8: Full Day in Masai Mara

Day 10: Masai Mara – Nairobi
